Florian Rohde, CEO of instrAction since 2019, brings extensive international experience in launching new businesses and products across water technology, food, and household appliances. At instrAction, he transformed the company from concept to product-driven, now delivering an innovative absorber resin to the market.

Previously, Florian held key roles at leading companies in water technology, such as BWT and BRITA, as well as in household appliances and food with MELITTA and MONDELEZ.
